Read the hardware instructions, identify the wall construction, protect the panels, and ask for help with long or heavy components.
Match fixings to the wall
Drywall, masonry, tile, and wood require different anchors. Use hardware rated for the wall and the full treatment weight.
Level before loading
Check the bracket or track line before hanging the panels. Small differences become more visible once the fabric is in place.

INSTALLATION SEQUENCE
From clean surface to trained folds.
Complete each stage before moving to the next. The fabric should only be hung after the hardware has been fully checked.
01Prepare
Unpack, identify, and protect the fabric.
Lay the panels on a clean, dry surface and confirm the hardware, heading, and panel count against the order.
- Keep packaging until the installation is complete.
- Protect light-colored fabric from tools and floor dust.
- Separate left and right panels if they are labeled.
Before drillingCheck for concealed wiring, plumbing, and obstacles. If the wall construction is uncertain, use a qualified installer.
02Mark
Transfer the finished position to the wall.
Use the approved measurements to mark the center line and bracket positions. Check height and symmetry from the room, not only from the ladder.
- Use a long level or laser level.
- Confirm equal returns on both sides.
- Dry-fit the hardware before making every hole.
Visual checkStep back and look at the marks in relation to the ceiling, trim, and nearby furniture before drilling.
03Secure
Install the brackets or track firmly and level.
Follow the hardware manufacturer’s instructions and use anchors suited to the mounting surface.
- Tighten each fixing evenly.
- Recheck level after the first and final bracket.
- Test the unloaded rod or track before hanging fabric.
Motorized treatmentsConfirm the power or charging access and motor orientation before the treatment is fully loaded.
04Hang
Load the panels without twisting the heading.
Work from one end to the other, supporting the fabric as each hook, ring, or carrier is attached.
- Keep spacing consistent across the heading.
- Make sure every hook or carrier is fully seated.
- Open and close the treatment slowly for the first test.
Protect the hemDo not drag the panel across the floor. Have the second person support the lower fabric while the heading is attached.
05Finish
Train the folds and let the fabric settle.
Arrange the folds by hand, then lightly steam from the reverse side if the care instructions allow it.
- Start with the lowest safe steam setting.
- Keep the steamer moving and avoid direct contact.
- Leave the treatment closed for a short period to encourage consistent folds.
Natural settlingMade-to-order drapery can relax over several days. Revisit the folds after the fabric has adjusted to the room.

When should I use a professional installer?
Use a qualified installer for masonry or tile, unusually wide hardware, high or difficult-to-reach windows, uncertain wall construction, or any situation involving concealed wiring.
Which tools should I prepare?
A metal tape, pencil, long or laser level, drill, appropriate bits, screwdriver, suitable anchors, step ladder, and a clean sheet for protecting the panels cover most installations.
How do I remove packing creases?
First allow the panels to hang and relax. If the fabric care instructions permit steaming, work from the reverse side with the lowest safe setting and keep the steamer moving.
Is motorized installation different?
The physical mounting is similar, but motor orientation, charging access, power availability, pairing, travel limits, and safety checks must be confirmed before the installation is considered complete.
